We keep data collection to a minimum. We only collect information you choose to send us:

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form, it opens your own email app with your message ready to send. Nothing is stored on our website - we only receive what you send by email, such as your name, email address, company, project details, budget and timeline.
• Job applications: if you send us your CV, we receive your CV and anything you include, such as portfolio links, work history and availability.
• Client projects: if we work together, we keep the contact, billing and project information needed to deliver and invoice the work.

Our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

When we build or maintain software for a client, any data inside that software belongs to the client. We access it only as needed to do the agreed work, keep it confidential, and do not use it for any other purpose.

• Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Job applications: up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client and billing records: as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure, access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information, where we don't need to keep it for legal reasons.
• Stop contacting you.
